Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original, unopened packaging with all tags attached. Please contact us with your order number to start the return process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
